Tbe technician, Gage, was knowledgable, and efficient. He kept me informed of his progress and explained the issue clearly. He made a timely diagnosis and acted with patience while working with support services for my combi furnace. Gage was respectful of my home. He also made suggestions for future maintenance. We need a part to complete the repair at this time; pricing to be determined. I am a new customer to All Mechanical, and so far very pleased with the response time, professionalism, and communication from All Mechanical. The comfort care plan seems like a good investment.
