From start to finish our install of a new Bosch furnace and on demand water heater was flawless. Chris and his partner were professional and polite. They took the time to answer any questions we had. They protected our floors and all the surroundings to ensure nothing got dirty from their shoes. They cleaned up each day when they were done. After the job was complete if we didn't have a new furnace to show for it we would of never known they were here. The technician, Jake, was through and courteous. He explained what he did and asked if we had any questions. We pay a monthly fee so there was no charge for the inspection and cleaning of the furnace.

Jake was on time and very professional with her services. Followed a procedure of making sure all other surfaces were protected when he worked. Cleaned the units and verified proper operation when he turned things back on. Made sure I was satisfied before he left the job.
