4/29/26 - Dylan came back today to service our oil.burner. did another great and efficient job. Needed a part. Got it and the burner is on-line and running well. 4/27/26 - I preferred a NEST thermostat to integrate with the rest of our smart home system. I requested that Hunter come to install it as he had made some wiring changes last visit and I wasn't familliar with exactly what he did. He came back, changed the base and installed the NEST. There was no charge. Earlier in April - Almost forgot. Dylan had some controls troubleshooting help from another All Mechanical tech, Hunter. Hunter was also first-rate, personable and knowledgeable. Had to give him kudos as well! My old system is working better than it has in years! It's 84 out and it's 70 in here! Thanks again guys!

Gage arrived right on time. He was very polite and clearly communicated about the work he was doing and his findings. Some repair parts needed were not readily on hand, which required him to leave and return. The pricing on incremental repair elements (hundreds of dollars for valve, tank replacements) seems rather high, but I was very satisfied with the quality of service rendered by Gage.

Thank you, Preston, for your recent review and for letting us know how pleased you were with Gages’ service. I wish we could have every part on our trucks but that is just impossible to do. We try and stock the most common repair parts but sometimes the part we need just isn’t one of them. We had the part at our office, which is a short jaunt from your home and Gage came back for it. You were not charged any additional time for having to run for the part. I also checked the billing for the “hundreds of dollars” for the repair to make sure we hadn’t made a mistake. The services we performed included the cleaning of your oil boiler and several repairs that the technician found. As per our procedure, the technician gave you the price before performing the repairs. Surely you can Google these repairs parts and find them much cheaper online, but our pricing just doesn’t include the repair parts. Not only does it include the parts, but it also includes the Technicians labor & benefits, our overhead, such as the service vehicle the technician is driving with many of the most common replacement parts, our office staff that had taken your call and placed the dispatch on the board. I can go on and on explaining overhead, but I think you will understand the reason for our pricing. Once again, thanks for letting us know and we truly value your business. Geoff Fishel Sr. Owner

From start to finish our install of a new Bosch furnace and on demand water heater was flawless. Chris and his partner were professional and polite. They took the time to answer any questions we had. They protected our floors and all the surroundings to ensure nothing got dirty from their shoes. They cleaned up each day when they were done. After the job was complete if we didn't have a new furnace to show for it we would of never known they were here. We couldn't be happier with the overall service and experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend them and All Mechanical Service.
