All Mechanical sent Cristian who was friendly and polite. He quietly went about his work. I have to assume everything was done well and he was thorough. You get this service because its something youre not qualified to do yourself. He said everything looked good and advised me to be careful with blowing grass clippings into the outdoor unit. I will. Christian changed a lightbulb at my request in my attic near all the air conditioning equipment. It was easy for him, saved me from trying. Very good experience.

The service was terrible due to inconsistencies with billing. I was charged double what I was quoted on the phone for them to come out to check the furnace. The person who came out wasnt knowledgeable or helpful with explaining why the inconsistencies.

Skyler was prompt and extremely courteous during both visits to my home to service a pressure boosting pump. He identified issues immediately and had all tools necessary to fix and replace parts.

Service was great. They came right out to check on our furnace that was shutting down after only a couple minutes of firing up. Turns out our chimney contractor sealed off our furnace vent. All Mechanical staff got everything back up and running and only charged for an hour of their time. THANKS ALOT GUYS
