Just had a mini split installed by Chris he is awesome! He really takes the time to explain everything in great detail. He is knowledgeable and dependable. He shows up when he said he would and takes care to be clean. He seems genuine and honest. He left me feeling very confident in the work he was doing and that it will be issue free. He worked well with two additional staff Hunter and Dave, each on a separate day. Oh, and hes super friendly, too! Very positive experience. I wish all of the contractors I deal with could be as outstanding as this experience was. They provided an easy payment method, too. And they also assist in paperwork to get a tax credit and money back from PPL made so much difference in choosing a good quality system. Update: just had my complementary one year deep cleaning of my mini split. Great bonus now my unit is functioning at its best. Loving this unit. Still works great and my bills have gone down. Happy I chose this high quality product and had All Mechanical install it instead of going my usual Amazon route. Hunter showed up when he was supposed to and was able to answer all of my questions. Another great experience with All Mechanical. I wish all contractors were this good.
