Dylan was very knowledgable, efficient and assessed the problem quite quickly. He arrived on time and worked the entire time he was at my house. He informed me he had order order parts and when the parts arrived, he returned to my house, replaced, them, showed me the faulty parts, and successfully got the furnace and hot water working efficiently again. All in a timely manner.
