Inspection and maintenance protocol of our furnace was thorough. Our technician Matt was knowledgable, personable and respectful of property. This didnt surprise us as this company checks all of the boxes of customer service. We had a new furnace, compressor and water heater installed by All-Mechanical last year, and have been very pleased with the equipment and service, including the staff that answers your phone calls. We had a great experience with All Mechanical! The technician took their time and did a very thorough job cleaning our ductless dual unit. Pricing was comparable to past service maintenance but I felt like we got more value for the money spent given the time they took to clean our unit.

Gage is a very good worker and cares about the work he is doing. He took care and was carefull not to disrupt the areas he was working in. we are glad he is our service technician. Gage arrived at scheduled maintenance time and proceeded to thoroughly deep clean both the inside units and the outside units. He completed the work efficiently while being very conscientious about any "dirt" getting onto furniture and the staircase of our home.

Gage was professional, answering all of my questions. He showed me how cleaning the split unit made it more efficient . He explained how he was cleaning the unit. Showed me the residue that came out of it. After talking with Gafe ill be signing up for the yearly maintenance. Great people at All Mechanical, even though he's A Yankee fan! Lol

Skyler was on call when we contacted him with our furnace outage. He called immediately and was at the house within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issues but could not remedy it at once. He was back on site the next morning and made our problem go away. Luckily, we had backup heat and were able to wait. Great guy. Kept us informed all the way to completion.
